A dynamic, fluid class that incorporates movement and meditation, strength and flexibility, structure and creativity. No two classes are alike. Movement and breath are connected in a rhythmic way and class is sequenced both intelligently and creatively, increasing respiration and circulation while also both stimulating and regulating the nervous system.  A good vinyasa practice is a balance of active and passive poses, leaving you invigorated and grounded, often building intensity and depth along the way, challenging you to move in a new way!

Props can often be used to make poses more accessible - the ability to get more space in the body and breath in the lungs. The teacher will offer suggestions for props.
