Nicole Durant

Nicole Durant, E-RYT 500, YACEP, has been guiding students in yoga, meditation, and specialized workshops for over a decade. Her yoga journey began humbly with a home DVD, but everything shifted after stepping into a local studio class. The profound mind-body connection she experienced transformed her practice—and her life—into a daily necessity.

In 2015, Nicole completed her foundational 200-hour yoga teacher training and hasn’t stopped learning since. She has specialized training in Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Advanced Vinyasa, and an additional 300-hour certification. Nicole is passionate about teaching a wide range of yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Gentle, Beginners, Chair, Yin, and Restorative. Her classes are thoughtfully crafted to be inclusive for all levels, offering a balance of challenge, flow, and playfulness, all wrapped around a positive theme.

Nicole loves weaving yogic wisdom into her teachings, often incorporating lessons on the Chakras, the Yamas & Niyamas, anatomy, and other elements of yoga philosophy. Her goal is to create an enriching and welcoming environment where every student feels supported in their practice.

When she’s not on the mat, Nicole enjoys diving into books of all genres and watching medical dramas. Nicole also works as “fake patient” to help train medical and nursing students—a unique way she bridges her love of wellness and learning.
