🌱 Practical Herbalism: Dive into the world of herbal medicine as we introduce the practical uses of various herbs. Each class will focus on a different theme, allowing you to discover the unique benefits of plants that support your overall well-being.
✨ Mindful Meditation: Each session will begin with a guided meditation practice, helping you center your thoughts and connect with the plants.
🧘♀️ Nurturing Yoga Practice: Engage in a short yoga practice designed to support your body and enhance your connection to nature. These poses will prepare you for deeper healing and relaxation.
🌿 Herbal Tea Experience: Enjoy a thoughtfully selected herbal tea that aligns with the day’s theme, fostering a sense of nourishment and tranquility.
🧴 Herbal Crafting: Put your knowledge into practice by crafting an herbal preparation to take home, empowering you to integrate herbalism into your personal wellness routine.
